James Penman Plant Hire are approved by the Scottish Water framework for operated plant. We are approved by Achilles.
All James Penman drivers hold CPS cards and have passed the CITB health and safety test.

Unmanned Plant Equipment
James Penman Plant Hire can hire their equipment out on a daily or weekly rate. Plant can be delivered on site if required. You can see a full list of our available plant equipment here. Insurance is required and James Penman can assist by putting you in touch with JCB’s own insurance services for very competitive rates.
