We are based in Kirkcaldy and carry out a great deal of work in the local town of Glenrothes for our customers. We offer operated plant hire, unmanned plant hire and we also carry out contract work for our customers in Glenrothes.
Glenrothes name Rothes comes from the association with the north-east Scotland Earl of Rothes, family name Leslie. The Leslie family historically owned much of the land upon which Glenrothes has been built. Glen (from the Scottish Gaelic word ‘gleann’ meaning valley) was added to prevent confusion with Rothes in Moray, and because the town lies on the Leven valley.
